A staff app on every phone
Each person sees their appointments, starts and pauses a timer, works through a checklist and marks the job done. It installs from the browser on iPhone and Android, with no app store.
Calendar sync
Each person’s jobs show up in the calendar app they already use, Apple, Google or Outlook, through a private calendar link that stays up to date.
Photos and before/after galleries
Snap before and after photos of the cut, the car or the patio. Customers see them in their account, and you can download or share them for your marketing.
Pre-inspection approvals with signature
Note existing damage or extra work before you start. The customer approves with their full name and a drawn signature, on the spot or from a link.
On My Way, for mobile work
One tap opens a ready-to-send text to the customer from the staff member's phone, and the job is marked as on the way.
Reminders and review requests

Questions owners ask
Is there a contract?
No. Crewtide is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Setup and import are free, so there's nothing to pay back.
What does "founding price" mean?
The first 10 businesses pay $49 a month, and that price stays the same for as long as they stay subscribed, even when the standard price goes up.
Do I pay more as my team grows?
No. The price is per business, with unlimited staff and users. Add another stylist, seasonal help, front-desk staff or a second crew at no extra cost.
How do customers pay, and does Crewtide take a cut?
Customers pay by card through your own Square account, as a deposit, in full or optionally, with tips. Square charges its normal processing fee. Crewtide takes no cut. Cash and checks can be recorded by hand.
Is there an app to download?
Crewtide works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. On iPhone and Android you can add it to your home screen, and it opens like an app with notifications, with no app store needed.
Can you move my customers over from another tool?
Yes. During setup we import your customer list and services for free, usually from a spreadsheet export of your current tool, and set up your booking page with you.
Will it look like my business or like Crewtide?
Like your business. Customers see your name, logo, colors and services on the booking page, in emails and in their account. A small "Powered by Crewtide" note appears at the bottom.
Does it work for a shop or salon where customers come to me?
Yes. Crewtide takes in-shop bookings, mobile bookings or both. In-shop bookings skip the address step, and customers see your open times based on your hours, closed days and holidays.
What if I need a feature I don't see here?

What does the Online Presence Setup guarantee?
We guarantee the work itself: your Google Business Profile, review requests, listings, booking page and, in Complete, your website. That groundwork makes you easier to find and book. Where Google places any business is up to Google, so we don't promise a ranking.
